1.1. All educational materials, courses, and automated AI code review tools on the Tyfoon platform are provided solely for informational and educational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

1.2. Learning on the Platform is a process of informal education and does not guarantee the acquisition of specific professional skills without the active participation of the User.

1.3. The Tyfoon platform is not a higher or specialized secondary educational institution licensed by the Republic of Kazakhstan, and does not issue state-recognized diplomas or certificates. The Platform's certificates act as internal confirmation of course completion.

2.1. The Provider does not guarantee employment, job offers, or the achievement of a certain income level after completing the courses.

2.2. Any examples of earnings or career growth of other students mentioned in the Platform's materials are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a promise of a similar result for the User.

2.3. The Provider does not guarantee that the Platform will meet the User's subjective expectations or that the information provided is exhaustive for passing third-party professional exams.

3.1. AI tools used for code review and assessment of tests operate based on statistical algorithms and may provide inaccurate, incomplete, or suboptimal recommendations.

3.2. AI recommendations on code writing should not be considered as ready-made technical solutions for use in production or commercial systems without prior verification by a qualified specialist. Code generated or recommended by AI may contain security vulnerabilities, logic errors, or performance issues.

3.3. The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the User's application of the acquired knowledge or code in real-world professional projects.

4.1. All opinions and advice expressed by mentors during individual consultations reflect their professional experience, but do not constitute official legal, financial, or technical guarantees.

4.2. The Provider is not responsible for technical errors in the transcriptions and lesson summaries generated by the Fireflies.ai service. Users are advised to keep their own notes on critical issues.

The aggregate liability of the Provider is limited to the conditions set forth in Section 7 of the Terms of Service.
