Acceptable Use

1. General Requirements

This Policy is part of the Terms of Service.

1.1. The User agrees to use the Platform solely for educational purposes and in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.2. Each User is entitled to only one account. The creation of multiple accounts without the written consent of the Provider is prohibited.

2. Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to use the Platform to create, store, or distribute:

  • unlawful content, including incitement to violence, promotion of drugs, or sexually explicit materials involving minors;
  • information that incites ethnic or religious hatred;
  • spam, phishing materials, or advertisements for third-party services without the Provider's consent.

3. Prohibited Actions

3.1. Account Sharing: the User is prohibited from sharing account credentials (login and password) with third parties or granting access to their account to other users.

3.2. Automation: the use of bots, scripts, or any other software to automatically complete lessons, pass tests, or simulate activity on the Platform is prohibited.

3.3. Data Scraping: data scraping, copying, reproduction, or extraction of educational materials, video lessons, and the Platform's source code by manual or automated means, as well as using the extracted data to create datasets, train competing models, or for other commercial purposes, is prohibited.

3.4. AI System Attacks: the use of prompt injection techniques, adversarial inputs, manipulation of AI outputs to obtain unfair assessment, or attempts to extract the architecture, weights, or training data of the Platform's AI models are prohibited.

3.5. Infrastructure Attacks: the User shall not undertake any actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Platform's infrastructure, including DDoS attacks, attempts to breach databases, or circumvent security systems.

3.6. Behavior at Consultations: during 1:1 consultations, the use of offensive language, aggressive behavior, harassment, or discrimination against mentors on any grounds is strictly prohibited.

4. Responsible Disclosure of Vulnerabilities

4.1. The User shall promptly notify the Provider in the event of discovering security vulnerabilities in the Platform or any suspected unauthorized access to their account.

4.2. The Provider shall not take legal action against individuals who report vulnerabilities in good faith in accordance with this section.

5. Consequences of Violations

5.1. In the event of a violation of this Policy, the Provider reserves the right to immediately restrict the User's access to the Platform or permanently delete the account without any right to a refund.

5.2. The Provider reserves the right to report serious violations (including those related to cybercrime or distribution of illegal content) to the law enforcement authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
